It is New Year's Eve and time for New Year's Resolutions!
So this is my resolution for this year, to get back to running and to get back into fitness.
I made a start today and did about 3 miles, which I was really pleased with as I haven't been doing very much lately.
The challenge is to keep it up and to get into a regular habit of working out at the gym too.
I may blog on how I'm getting on, then again I may not! Let's see how I get on ....
