14 August 2023 - Taking a Break

It's been a bust day, and there is nothing like kicking back, with a good cup of coffee and letting the world go by. This isn't me, but I love this picture as it sums up how I feel today. I really could just put everything on the back burner (an old English phrase) and take a day off to watch th world go by.

Alas, it is not to be. I have a mountain of things I need to do and if I am being honest with myself I am looking for opportunities to not do them. I don't know why, I had a lovely holiday recently, but since coming home the holiday feels like a distant memory.

Oh well, it's not getting the jobs done, so best get to it.
