31 December - New Year's Eve
Last year my new year's resolution was to improve my fitness by taking up running, and I was broadly successful. I managed to maintain regular running sessions, at least once a week but often more.
Feeling quite proud of myself, I have decided that as 2023 was all about improving my fitness, 2024 will be improving my wellbeing. I am not quite sure what I am going to do to improve my wellbeing, maybe yoga, or perhaps something else.
Whatever it is, my goal is to improve my mental health through improving my wellbeing. I will keep you posted
