15 January - New Year's Resolution Progress
Last year my new year's resolution was to improve my fitness by taking up running, and I have managed to maintain regular running sessions, at least once a week but often more.
I decided that as 2023 was all about improving my fitness, 2024 will be improving my wellbeing. I was not quite sure what I am going to do to improve my wellbeing, but now I have decided to combine the two new years' resolutions.
My goal is to improve my mental health through improving my wellbeing, by running/swimming with friends in nature. It is incredibly good to be outside, in the heart of nature, surrounded by friends, all out to improve fitness and mental well being.
