In the dark heart of 18th-century Romania, a creature unlike any other walks the earth—Rayne, a dhampir, born of a human mother and a vampire father. As she battles through Kagan’s forces, Rayne seeks three sacred relics—artifacts that will grant her the strength to challenge her father. But treachery lurks in the shadows, and not all who fight against Kagan have noble intentions. With steel in her hands and fury in her heart, Rayne must embrace her destiny, facing not only the monsters that roam the land but the darkness within herself.
