RASSILONOne of the greatest figures in Time Lord history. Rassilon was an engineer and architect who brought the nucleus of a black hole to Gallifrey, known as the Eye of Harmony, providing the Time Lords with eternal energy needed for their time travel. Rassilon was brought back to lead the Time War and his plan was to bring about the end of time with only the Time Lords surviving as beings of consciousness. |
